Our biggest fundraiser starts now! We are partnering with Levy Restaurants to provide concessions staffing at their events at Bank of America Stadium. This includes Panthers and Charlotte FC games, as well as their concert series.

Events have been added through January, and we expect to add more spring events as they become available. Our target is 10 events for the year, which should net us about $4000/event.

This fundraising offsets costs for new instruments, instrument repair, clinicians, workshops, marching band budgets, travel, uniforms, concert wear, and celebrations.

We will need at least 20 volunteers for each event, so please think about your availability and sign up on the BoosterHub volunteer calendar as you are able to. It's a long day, but the return is great, and we have a fun time doing it together.

Students 16+ are welcome to work alongside their parents or responsible adult.

All volunteers must complete the one-time Levy Food Service training, and volunteers 18+ must complete the ServSafe Alcohol Certification prior to working.
